Marsā Coastal Kitchen is looking for seasoned servers and bartenders who bring confidence, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for taking care of guests. Our menu celebrates local, seasonal ingredients and from-scratch cooking, and we're building a team that brings the same care to every table and every pour. Who we're looking for: Experienced hospitality professionals with a strong background in full-service restaurants; upscale dining experience is a plus. Warm, polished communicators who make guests feel welcome and well cared for. Reliable team players who stay organized and composed during busy service. Detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their presentation, workspace, and service. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Servers should be comfortable managing a section, pacing courses, learning the menu thoroughly, and making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering attentive, knowledgeable service from arrival to farewell. Accurately entering orders and processing payments. Communicating guest requests and dietary concerns clearly with the team. Maintaining clean, stocked, and organized service areas. Completing opening and closing duties and supporting fellow team members. Bring your experience to the waterfront.
