Duties Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and manage their arrival experience Handle restaurant reservation management using popular systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Manage waitlists and communicate wait times clearly via phone and in-person interactions Maintain organized reservation logs and ensure smooth flow of guest seating Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and assisting with special requests Support food safety protocols and uphold hygiene standards throughout the front-of-house area Qualifications Prior experience in food service is highly preferred Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations abilities Familiarity with restaurant table management systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Basic math skills Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tables and guest needs simultaneously Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
