Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales transactions processing Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and spirits to elevate guest satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues swiftly Requirements Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable; ability to process sales accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques including spirits experience and cocktail experience Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification; understanding of sanitation standards and food handling procedures Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales and enhance guest experiences Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us in creating vibrant dining experiences where guests leave delighted!
