As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding hospitality to our guests while ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. This position requires a passion for fine dining, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system, including OpenTable for reservations. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests in their selections. Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met while handling food and beverages. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a high level of service throughout the dining experience. Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes meet the restaurant's quality standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns or special requests. Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings and seasonal specials to enhance guest experience. Requirements Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures is essential. Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems, including OpenTable, is advantageous. Must be able to lift heavy trays and stand for extended periods during shifts. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help team members as needed are crucial for success in this role.
