Responsibilities Assist with food preparation tasks to ensure timely and quality meal service(making Poke Bowl) Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, kitchens, and service stations through regular cleaning and sanitation(Poke Bar) Buss tables efficiently by clearing dishes, and managing guest needs Take orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and DoorDash. Serve food and beverages with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely using POS systems Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times Support making bubble tea as needed Assist delivery drivers with order pickups or guest inquiries when necessary Skills Experience in food service, including serving, order taking, or bussing preferred but not required Knowledge of food preparation, dishwashing, and basic front operations Strong communication skills and friendly in-person customer service abilities Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Experience with beverage preparation or barista duties is a plus Familiarity with hospitality environments enhances guest relations skills Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for order processing and cash handling tasks Willingness to learn new skills such as knife skills, meat cutting, or catering setup if needed Join us as a Restaurant Helper and become an essential part of creating memorable dining experiences!
