The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests while ensuring that all service standards are met. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high service standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with attention to detail. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in table service settings. Familiarity with Toast and other reservation systems is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs efficiently. Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety regulations is essential.
