Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
• Ensure tables are properly set up with utensils, napkins, and condiments
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Process payments using POS system
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
• Knowledge of food handling safety regulations
• Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation management systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
