Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve food items efficiently, ensuring quality standards and food safety regulations are met. Manage customer orders with precision, process cash and card transactions, and handle cash register operations seamlessly. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols throughout your shift. Assist in food handling, stocking supplies, and supporting team members during busy service periods. Skills Proven experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or fast food environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales calculations. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and maintaining sanitation standards. Previous experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is a plus.
