Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Ensure that all orders are complete and presented beautifully before serving to guests. Assist servers by providing timely support during busy service periods. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and special requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests. Adhere to food safety standards and practices throughout the service process. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Pay is hourly plus tips Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is a plus. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for customer service and creating memorable dining experiences is essential.
