Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wines, spirits, and craft beers, utilizing your mixology skills and beverage recipe knowledge. Manage daily bar operations, including cash handling, processing transactions through POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and ensuring accurate billing. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders efficiently, and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations. Oversee food service delivery when applicable, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food presentation in both casual and fine dining settings. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with food safety regulations; handle food properly during preparation and serving. Assist in bar management duties such as inventory control, beverage stock ordering, and ensuring compliance with alcohol licensing laws. Lead by example in fostering a positive environment; support team members during busy shifts while managing multiple responsibilities seamlessly. Experience not necessary but a plus Proven experience in bartending or serving within the hospitality industry; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable. Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling and cashiering processes. Strong background in beverage preparation including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits expertise, and craft beer familiarity. Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours. Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and catering or banquet service is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed; previous bar management experience is a plus.
