Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate drink and food orders using POS systems such as Toast POS Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Process sales transactions efficiently while upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving change Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Experience with food industry terminology, including food handling, serving, bussing, and hospitality practices Strong communication skills to engage guests effectively and promote upselling opportunities Embark on an exciting journey in hospitality where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel special!
