Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Skytab POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Support reservation management using platforms like OpenTable and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for cashiering Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and nights as needed in a lively nightlife or restaurant setting Join us to deliver outstanding service that keeps guests coming back!
