Duties Accurately take and process to-go orders via phone, online platforms and in person. Communicate clearly with guests regarding order details, special requests, and estimated pickup times while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Prepare and package food orders following food safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained. Maintain organized workstations, manage multiple orders efficiently, and keep track of order status using restaurant management systems. Assist with guest relations by providing friendly service, answering questions about menu items, and resolving any issues promptly. Support overall restaurant operations by collaborating with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow. Skills Strong customer service skills with a welcoming attitude and excellent communication abilities. Previous host/hostess experience or food service background is highly desirable. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately Toast POS. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling procedures. Exceptional organizational skills to manage orders, reservations, and guest interactions seamlessly. Professional phone communication skills with good phone etiquette for taking orders and addressing guest inquiries.
