Description Restaurant Server - 34° North Restaurant at the Beaufort Hotel The 34° North Restaurant located inside the Beaufort Hotel is currently seeking energetic and guest-focused Restaurant Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable dining experiences for guests. A friendly personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are all important qualities for this role. Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests Greet guests promptly and ensure tables are clean and properly set Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Deliver food and beverages while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, beverages, and restaurant offerings Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout each shift Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, hosts, and management to ensure smooth operations Handle high-volume service periods calmly and professionally Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines Maintain regular and dependable attendance Qualifications Previous restaurant experience required Strong communication and guest service skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and move throughout an entire shift Compensation $3.00 per hour plus tips Benefits for Part-Time Associates Dental and vision insurance options Life insurance and short/long-term disability options 401(k) with company match Hotel and dining discounts Training and career growth opportunities Part-time associates are not eligible for medical insurance, paid time off, or tuition assistance benefits.
