Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting delicious ice cream flavors and toppings Operate POS systems to process sales accurately and efficiently Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring quick service without sacrificing quality Handle cash register operations, including processing cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including cleaning equipment, counters, and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards Upsell products by recommending popular flavors or combo options to increase sales opportunities Support food preparation tasks such as scooping ice cream, serving toppings, and managing food handling procedures in line with sanitation guidelines Skills Proven experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment related to food preparation and serving Effective time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Knowledge of food safety management practices to ensure a clean and safe environment at all times Join us if you're eager to bring joy through delicious treats while sharpening your skills in a dynamic retail setting.
