In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a vibrant hospitality attitude. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and beverage service Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a memorable experience Skills Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Proven experience in food service roles such as fine dining, nightclub service, or casual restaurants with a focus on customer satisfaction Strong understanding of beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to boost sales while enhancing guest enjoyment Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Demonstrated commitment to food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Exceptional guest services skills with a friendly attitude and strong communication abilities Previous experience in restaurant environments such as host/hostess duties or serving in high-volume settings is preferred Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
