Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bartenders Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues swiftly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety regulations Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for reservations and order management Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy shifts Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Excellent communication skills with basic math proficiency for accurate billing and cash handling Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential Join us to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a lively environment where your enthusiasm makes all the difference!
