Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining POS system integrity Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with fine dining or nightclub experience preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or food preparation is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest experiences through excellent communication and sales skills Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your food industry skills, and ready to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a lively environment.
