Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktail and spirits service, maintaining proper presentation and quality standards Upsell menu items, including wines and specialty cocktails, to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash transactions accurately while handling credit card payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods or special events Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and sales transactions Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking across multiple tables Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Food safety certification or willingness to obtain required sanitation training prior to employment Previous experience with food handling, serving, bussing, or host/hostess duties is highly desirable Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences!
