Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales and cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning bar areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Engage with guests to promote guest relations, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve any concerns promptly Skills Proficiency in POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and sales transactions Extensive cocktail experience with knowledge of spirits, wine, beverage service, and drink presentation techniques Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced environment Food handling certification and understanding of sanitation standards within the food industry Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is highly desirable Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions confidently Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier service in a lively setting!
