Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take customer orders accurately using the POS system. Assist with food preparation as needed to ensure timely service. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately. Ensure that tables are set up properly and maintained throughout the dining experience. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests. Uphold cleanliness standards in both the dining area and kitchen as required. Manage time effectively to ensure all guests are attended to in a timely manner. Experience Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with fine dining service standards is an advantage. Strong cash handling skills and experience with POS systems are highly desirable. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
