We are seeking friendly, professional, and energetic Servers to join our team. As a Server at Miami Fusion Cafe, you'll be the face of our restaurant — delivering outstanding service, guiding guests through our menu, and ensuring every table leaves happy and excited to come back. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and promptly as they arrive Present menus, explain daily specials and suggest add-ons Take accurate food and drink orders using point-of-sale (POS) system Answer menu questions and make recommendations with confidence Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Ensure proper table setup and presentation Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address needs Handle guest concerns promptly or alert management when needed Prepare guest checks and process payments Maintain clean and organized dining areas throughout shift Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate orders Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies Need someone who is: Passionate about hospitality and delivering great service Energetic, friendly, and outgoing with strong communication skills Team player with a positive, professional attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Detail-oriented and able to multitask Able to stand for extended periods and carry food/drinks Prior serving experience preferred (but not required — we will train!) Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette Ability to upsell and suggest menu items confidently Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be at least 18 years old Valid identification and eligibility to work in the U.S.
