Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met Process sales transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Engage with guests to foster positive relations, address concerns promptly, and ensure satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while processing sales efficiently Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Basic math skills for handling payments and making change confidently Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Previous experience in serving, bartending, cashiering or host/hostess roles is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver memorable experiences!
