We're a locally owned brunch cafe in the heart of Tryon, offering a thoughtfully curated, chef-driven menu, artisan espresso drinks, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We're passionate about good food, great coffee, and creating an experience that keeps people coming back. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, takes pride in the details, and brings a positive attitude to work each day.

What We're Looking For:

Previous serving or barista experience preferred, but we are happy to train the right person! A friendly, personable attitude and ability to connect with guests Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Dependability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn Someone who works well with a small team and is happy to jump in wherever needed

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Learn our seasonal menu and help guests navigate food and drink offerings Prepare and serve espresso beverages and other drinks (training provided as needed) Take accurate orders and process payments Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining space Assist with opening, closing, and daily side work Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure a smooth guest experience Why Join Blue Moon?
