Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS Process cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently while handling cash register operations with precision Prepare simple food items when needed, ensuring quality and adherence to food safety standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food prep areas, dining surfaces, and cashier stations Assist with bussing tables, sanitation, and ensuring a tidy environment for both guests and staff Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong food handling knowledge and understanding of food safety protocols Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Proven customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely when necessary and assist with basic food preparation Basic math skills for processing transactions and retail math calculations Previous retail or grocery store experience is advantageous but not required Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment Join us today to be part of a team that values energy, dedication, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences!
