Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout their dining experience
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using cash registers or POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Follow food safety guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server or in the food industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or similar software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Note:
This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated accordingly.Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$18.00- $28.
