Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate drink and food orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring prompt delivery Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in line with food safety regulations and restaurant policies Process cash and credit transactions efficiently while handling cash register operations responsibly Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow Qualifications Proven experience in food service, bar tending, or hospitality roles, preferably within fine dining or nightclub environments Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and creating positive experiences Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in food industry roles such as bartending, serving, or cocktail mixing is highly desirable Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences through exceptional service!
