Job Description
Greet customers, take food and drink orders, and provide friendly service throughout their meal. Explain menu items, answer questions, and make recommendations. Serve food and drinks while making sure orders are correct. Handle payments and help keep tables clean and organized. Work with the kitchen, bartenders, and other servers to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts. Handle customer requests and make sure guests have a positive dining experience. Assist with opening and closing duties.
