Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and spirits service, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with professionalism Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations; assist with food handling and preparation as needed Build strong guest relations by engaging in friendly conversation, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or hospitality settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales transactions Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs seamlessly Food safety certification or willingness to obtain required sanitation certifications prior to employment Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly between tables, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a lively environment!
