As a Dining Server at Brightview Senior Living, you'll create a warm, restaurant-style experience for our residents within a healthcare-focused community. You will welcome residents, take and serve food and beverage orders, support specialized diets, and maintain a clean, safe dining room that reflects our hospitality standards. Working closely with kitchen and care teams, you'll ensure meals are timely, accurate, and respectful of each resident's preferences and needs. Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive table service to residents during meal periods Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, following special diets and allergies Set, clear, and reset dining areas to Brightview standards Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely, accurate meal delivery Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures Assist residents courteously, including those with mobility or cognitive challenges Support a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment Contribute to a team-oriented, resident-first culture Required Skills Table service Food safety and sanitation Order taking and POS use Tray delivery and bussing Allergen and diet awareness Communication with seniors Teamwork in kitchen/dining room Time management during meal service Cash handling/basic math Infection control practices
