In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, knowledgeable recommendations, and a positive attitude. Your enthusiasm for food, beverages, and guest relations will help create memorable dining moments for every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Provide detailed wine, spirits, and cocktail recommendations to enhance the guest experience, upselling where appropriate Process all sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies Anticipate guest needs by checking in regularly, offering refills, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the dining experience Skills MUST be fluent in English & Spanish Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale bars Strong knowledge of beverage service, including spirits, wines, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques Familiarity with POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest inquiries professionally Effective time management skills to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive attitude Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
