Job Description
Nikko Hibachi Steak House and Lounge is hiring servers for our dining room and hibachi floor. We are a busy, established Japanese steakhouse in Fairfield, NJ with a full bar and lounge, and we are building a new front-of-house team.

- Serving guests in the dining room and at hibachi tables
- Taking orders, running food and drinks, and keeping tables turned with a smile
- Working nights and weekends in a fast-paced, team-first environmentWhat we are looking for
- Serving experience preferred hibachi or Japanese restaurant experience is a plus
- Friendly, professional, and reliable; shows up on time, every time
- Comfortable on a busy floor and good with guests
- Must be 18 or older (alcohol service)We offer steady shifts at a busy, established restaurant and strong tip earning potential.
- 200 per shift Monday-Thursday and $150
- 400+ per shift Friday-Sunday.
