Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and responsibly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling and preparation when necessary to support kitchen operations Engage with guests to foster positive relations, address inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub backgrounds Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash accurately Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and sales revenue Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
