We are looking for high-energy, detail-oriented team players to deliver fast, attentive food and beverage service in a vibrant, high-volume rooftop setting. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized table and lounge service. Take accurate food and drink orders and input them efficiently through the POS system. Maintain deep knowledge of our house cocktail menu, spirits, wine, beer, and food offerings to guide guest selections and upsell. Run beverages and food promptly while ensuring proper presentation and table maintenance (pre-bussing, clearing, wiping down). Process cash and card payments accurately. Support team flow by helping restock glassware, prep service stations, and keep floor areas clean and guest-ready. Adhere to all responsible alcohol service guidelines, including checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption. Qualifications Previous experience as a cocktail server or server in a high-volume bar, lounge, or restaurant environment. Valid State Alcohol Server Permit (or ability to obtain prior to start). Strong working knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, and wine. Comfort with modern POS systems and fast-paced cash/card handling. Ability to carry full beverage trays, stay on your feet for full shifts, and lift up to 30 lbs. Team-first attitude with strong communication and guest-engagement skills.
