We're looking for a no-nonsense, high-caliber server who knows what exceptional hospitality looks like and has the skills, confidence, and personality to deliver it consistently. This is not a job for someone who needs to be reminded to pre-bus a table, anticipate guest needs, or stay three steps ahead. We want someone who takes ownership of their section, works with purpose, and brings a genuinely wonderful personality to every shift. What We're Looking For Exceptional service standards. The ability to handle big sections. You can manage a high volume of tables without sacrificing attention to detail, hospitality, or the guest experience. A genuinely wonderful personality. You're warm, engaging, confident, and personable. You know how to read a room, build rapport, and make people want to come back. A strong sense of urgency. You move with purpose, prioritize effectively, and never let a busy shift become an excuse for sloppy service. Ownership and accountability. You take initiative, solve problems, communicate clearly, and handle your responsibilities without hand-holding. Professionalism under pressure. You can handle difficult situations, support your teammates, and maintain a positive attitude when the restaurant is at its busiest. A commitment to the details. From polished presentation and accurate orders to thoughtful recommendations and seamless coursing, you understand that the little things matter. What You'll Be Responsible For Executing polished, attentive, fine dining service from greeting to farewell. Managing a large section efficiently while maintaining excellent guest experiences. Knowing the menu, ingredients, preparations, cocktails, wine, and specials well enough to confidently guide guests. Anticipating needs, making thoughtful recommendations, and identifying opportunities to elevate the experience. Maintaining impeccable table presentation, proper pacing, and consistent communication with the kitchen and bar. Staying organized, keeping your section clean, and maintaining service standards throughout the entire shift. Being a reliable, professional presence who makes the entire team stronger. The Ideal Candidate You're experienced, sharp, personable, and capable. You take pride in your work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and understand that hospitality is both an art and a discipline. You can carry a large section, command a table without being overbearing, and deliver polished service without making it feel stiff or pretentious. You don't need someone standing over your shoulder. You know your job, you do it well, and you bring great energy while doing it.
