Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling to maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, ideally with upscale dining or hospitality backgrounds Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous but not required; a passion for food industry trends is valued Commitment to food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Join us as a Server and become an integral part of creating exceptional dining experiences!
