Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits confidently, demonstrating knowledge of wine pairings and beverage options Process cash and card transactions efficiently, including sales upselling to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation and presentation when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or high-volume settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order entry and transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and handle requests professionally Knowledge of wine types, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques including bartending experience preferred Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating bills or tips Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices Join us to deliver exceptional guest experiences through your passion for hospitality!
