The Role We're hiring a Server/Cashier with a twist — this role combines front-of-house service, register/cashier duties, and hands-on seafood sales at our raw bar. You'll take orders, handle payment at the register, and personally select, weigh, and present fresh seafood to guests dining with us. No experience with seafood sales required — we'll train the right person. What You'll Do Greet and serve guests with speed, warmth, and professionalism Operate the register and process orders accurately Sell and present fresh seafood directly to guests at the raw bar Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station Work as part of a tight, fast-moving team during peak hours What We're Looking For Fluent English speaker Fast, friendly, and guest-focused Professional, dependable, and takes ownership of the job Prior restaurant/hospitality experience preferred but not required Growth opportunity: strong performers are regularly promoted to Shift Lead Compensation & Schedule Base wage + tips + salary bonus opportunities Full-time, 5 days/week Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with real growth potential
