Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverage service in a timely and professional manner while ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system or OpenTable, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks to guests while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with bussing tables, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are upheld at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain an organized workflow. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations to guests. Adhere to food handling and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of both guests and staff. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Strong food handling skills with an understanding of sanitation practices. . Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Familiarity with culinary terminology and practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
