Job Description
Job Summary We're on the lookout for friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Servers to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and a welcoming attitude. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and spirits service, ensuring presentation meets standards. Process sales transactions smoothly, including cash handling and credit card processing via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms. Upsell menu items such as wines, specialty drinks, or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders while managing multiple tables comfortably. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or restaurant environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is a plus. Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle guest relations professionally. Good math skills for accurate cash handling, processing transactions, and calculating bills. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
