We're looking for friendly, energetic Food Servers to join our fast-paced sports bar, Coasters, located inside our exciting casino. Every shift brings something new-from game-day excitement to live entertainment and memorable guest experiences. You'll play an important role in creating exceptional dining experiences while working alongside an enthusiastic team. What You'll Do Deliver outstanding food and beverage service with a positive, guest-first attitude. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining quality service standards. Learn and confidently explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings. Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit. Verify guest identification for alcohol service and ensure responsible alcohol service practices. Maintain clean, organized dining areas before, during, and after service. Complete opening, closing, and side work duties. Work closely with hosts, bartenders, bussers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to create a seamless guest experience. Support a fun, entertaining atmosphere for guests and fellow team members. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Previous restaurant or food server experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the majority of each shift. Frequently lift and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds. Frequent reaching, bending, carrying, and repetitive hand movements. Ability to work in a busy environment with moderate to loud noise levels, including the casino gaming floor.
