Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff Provide expert beverage service, including cocktail preparation and wine recommendations, while upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation throughout service Process cash transactions accurately and handle sales transactions with attention to detail, including credit card processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all service areas, including bussing tables, resetting dining stations, and adhering to food safety protocols Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met, fostering positive guest relations and addressing any concerns promptly Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order entry and transaction processing Extensive food industry experience with a focus on food handling, food safety, and sanitation standards Strong knowledge of beverage service techniques including spirits, cocktails, wine knowledge, and drink presentation Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest inquiries professionally Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred but not required; a background in hospitality or food service is highly valued Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing purposes and sales transactions processing Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
