Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Service Assistant to join our team. The Server Assistant will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. Cleaning and resetting tables, and generally assisting wait staff with guest service. Duties

• Transport food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately
• Assist in bussing and resetting tables as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are correct and delivered hot and fresh
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer needs or inquiries promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area Qualifications
• Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality setting is a plus, but not needed
• Strong customer service skills with a helpful attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stay calm under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
