Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Service Assistant to join our team. The Server Assistant will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. Cleaning and resetting tables, and generally assisting wait staff with guest service. Duties
- Transport food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately
- Assist in bussing and resetting tables as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are correct and delivered hot and fresh
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer needs or inquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality setting is a plus, but not needed
- Strong customer service skills with a helpful attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stay calm under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
