Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Welcome:

  Greet guests with a big Chicken Shack smile and make them feel right at home as soon as they walk through the door.

• Menu Mastery:

  Familiarize yourself with our menu, including specials and drink offerings, to provide accurate recommendations and help guests make delicious choices.

• Taking Orders:

  Accurately take food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are understood and confirmed, and input them into the system promptly.

• Customer Engagement:

  Check in with guests during their meal to ensure everything is to their satisfaction. Be attentive, friendly, and responsive to their needs.

• Serving Excellence:

  Serve food and drinks efficiently and with care, paying attention to presentation and quality, to ensure guests enjoy their experience.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with your fellow servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy times. Support each other to keep the operation running smoothly.

• Cleanliness:

  Keep your area clean and organized, reset tables for new guests, and assist in clearing any used dishes throughout your shift.

• Handling Issues:

  Address any guest concerns or complaints with a positive attitude, helping to turn challenges into opportunities for making our guests happy.
