Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers promptly and with a friendly demeanor Provide menu recommendations and detailed information on food and beverage options Accurately take orders and efficiently use the POS system Ensure prompt delivery of food and drinks to guests' tables Monitor and attend to guests' needs throughout their dining experience Promptly remove empty dishes and glasses to reset the table for new customers Collaborate with kitchen to provide excellent service Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized dining area Assist with opening and closing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Must have OK ABLE - Beer and Wine License Previous serving experience preferred, but not required Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Exceptional communication and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in cash handling Basic culinary knowledge to answer customer questions about menu items Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
