Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using systems like OpenTable. Serve food and drinks efficiently while checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and care. Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations. Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members. Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs. A positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order taking and service delivery.
