Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Event Server and Setup professional, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up event spaces, serving food and beverages, and ensuring exceptional guest service throughout each event. This paid position offers a vibrant environment where your guest service talents can shine! •This position requires the candidate to be 21 years of age in order to fulfill wine serving and pouring duties.• Event Server Responsibilities Provide professional and engaging wine service for guests at private events, wine club gatherings, and large-scale functions. Pour wine while representing the brand with enthusiasm and product knowledge. Support event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, glassware, and service stations according to instructions from Event Manager and/or Event Lead. Monitor guest consumption and adhere to OLCC service regulations. Clear and clean tables promptly, maintaining tidy and organized dining and tasting spaces. Operate dishwashing equipment, polish glassware, and ensure all service items are sanitized and properly stored. Clean and sanitize dining surfaces, sweep under tables, and promptly address spills or debris. Facilitate transactions and build retail wine orders as needed. Always adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations. Anticipate guest needs and communicate/collaborate effectively with team members to Maintain composure, professionalism, and a positive attitude in fast-paced event environments. Demonstrate reliability through punctuality and consistent attendance. Be flexible and adaptable when working across different event types. Routinely bus, clear, and wipe tables before, during, and after events. Perform all duties in a physically demanding environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and working in outdoor weather conditions. Event Setup Responsibilities Transport event furniture between storage shed and Experience Center. Safely load, unload, move, and arrange tables and chairs in correspondence to the provided layout. Ensure all event furniture and equipment are handled, transported, and stored properly to prevent damage and extend the lifespan. Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and accessibility of event storage areas and furniture sheds. Properly secure and store furniture, décor, and equipment following each event.
