Mount Angel Towers is seeking energetic, dedicated, and customer-focused part-time, weekend lead Dining Room Server to join our exceptional team! As a Dining Room Server, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our residents, their families, and guests, all while working within a team of caring professionals. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests in the Independent Living Dining Room. Warmly greet residents, visitors, and vendors with a friendly and professional attitude. Accurately take meal orders and ensure they are delivered promptly. Serve meals and beverages in a timely and efficient manner. Respond to resident questions and concerns professionally and promptly. Answer questions regarding menu items, beverages, and dining schedules. Maintain a clean and inviting dining area, ensuring it is always welcoming. Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and guests. Consistently maintain a professional and approachable demeanor.
Qualifications:
Preferred:
6 months of previous serving or customer service experience. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on making a positive impact. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Willingness to learn and follow direction, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly. Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Card, CPR, and First Aid certifications. Must pass the Oregon Division of Human Services Criminal Background Check and pre-employment drug screen.
