Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, handling all sales transactions with integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations during food handling, serving, and bussing duties Assist with setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting stations to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours Requirements Proven experience as a restaurant server or in food service within a fast-paced or fine dining environment Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs efficiently Food safety certification or willingness to obtain required sanitation certifications Previous experience in hospitality roles such as host/hostess or bartender is a plus Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
