Responsibilities PA RAMP Certification is required for all that apply. Serve food and beverages efficiently at tables and banquet events while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Maintain food safety and food handling protocols to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations. Assist in setting up banquet spaces, catering events, or dining functions by preparing stations and ensuring all supplies are stocked. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tables or stations effectively through strong time management skills. Skills Proven experience in food service roles such as server, bartender, or banquet server within casual dining, golf course engagement or hospitality environments. Familiarity with Banquet Service Model of buffet-style service, plated sit-down service, station service. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures and responsible service of alcohol. Experience working in golf courses or banquet environments is a plus for dynamic event settings and execution.
